2000 Bloggers

It’s a great way for gaining backlinks too. Also, I’m guessing there’s about 600 plus bloggers on the list now (including myself). As the list continues to grow, it’s going to take longer to load. It’s pretty resource hungry.

Isn’t linking the higest reward a blogger (or webmaster) can get ? :)

Yeah it’s truly amazing what Tino has done! I usually just go to the page source and copy the code from time to time which seems to be what you have done.

At first it made my head swell, thinking I was some SEO pundit, but then I realized that it’s probably only because I have my picture on my blog.

Google toolbar autofills the website field with http://myfirstnamedomainname.com - that’s really odd (see my link in my comment above)

Yes, it’s a great way to gain a lot of links fast, and get banner or sandboxed.

Another try to gain unnatural link popularity.

Actually, all these are natural links.

You should start reading about what organic or non-organic linking is.

Is natural to participate on a link exchange network?

Just wanted to comment on Sefu’s “unnatural linking” comment. If Google found 2000 Bloggers to be spam, it wouldn’t index the page or make it #1 in search results. Nobody’s getting sandboxed here. This does help all involved.

Good idea with that website, in this way, we will find all good blogs in one place…

An excellent, and slick interfact to navigate the blogs, but will the 2000 links ever change? as I imagine that new bloggers and good bloggers at that come around all the time.
