How to get a link from an .edu domain (part 2)

Just go to the Harvard H2O Playlist Beta project, register an account and make a “Playlist”. Then point a link towards that page.

That way you get Wedding Favors and Lord of the Rings Online Guides and Exploits and not :

H2O playlists are more than just a cool, sleek technology — they represent a new way of thinking about education online. An H2O Playlist is a series of links to books, articles, and other materials that collectively explore an idea or set the stage for a course, discussion, or current event.

But wait there’s more : Dirspace directory (no offense intended to the owner, but that’s how directories “get” that SeoMoz PageStrength ?) and Viagra (of course through ezinearticles.com).

And this on top of my other posts about .edu spam:

Business.com launches Work.com

Business.com just officially launched Work.com on 9 october ? I don’t know how it’s oficially launched on 9 october, because it was already launched in 2005? From the press release:

Business.com today announced the launch of Work.com (http://www.work.com), a Web 2.0 site designed to help the more than 25 million U.S. small business owners run their businesses. Work.com features unique “How-to Guides” for more than 1,000 business topics, ranging from start-up basics to advanced management techniques. The Guides are written by business experts who can now share their expertise with others through a new form of “Expert Generated Content” (EGC). Work.com is being launched by Business.com, the leading business search engine and directory.

  2. It’s a god damn article directory. It’s just related to Business more or less.

Webxperience! Directory gets upgraded

Webxperience!
I just wanted to say to all of you guys, that starting from today, Webxperience!, which recently got a new layout and accesibility workout, is turning paid.

We tried to keep the standard submission to as much as possible, low ($10).

It was nightmare to keep it free, because we received about 400-600 submissions per day and a LOT were spam or/and submitted in such a stupid way that we had to modify or move most of them.

Cheers.
